Anyway to do this on the front specifically?

May sound kinda stupid but I'm curious.

Do you mean "installing a lift"? If so, don't forget the required stickers for your back window.....No Fear; Calvin pissing on a Ford; got sand?; No, this is not my boyfriend's truck, etc......

All kidding aside, it would just be raised control arms and those donut things for the springs, or new, taller springs. Essentially the opposite of lowering a car, which are dropped control arms and shorter springs.

Does anyone make raised control arms for our trucks?

The idea may sound kinda gay but I'm looking at a pretty decent C20 for a good price and I have x5 brand new 37's mounted on 16.5 stock Chevy steelies.

Yes

Check 4 wheel parts.

I think superlift still does

That would be hard to find, especially for the 3/4 ton. And with the lift you need, which is probably 8". Another option would be a raised spindle, but again, hard to find. There are a lot of parts available for lifting 88+ IFS stuff, so I don't know if you could modify any of that stuff. But that's way over my head. You can get a couple of inches with lift coils, may need ball joint spacers. But you need a lot more than that. Time for a 4WD conversion!

I had a 1977 C30 dually once that I installed all new springs, new body mounts, 1" lift block in rear, and a 1" stack of washers for a body lift. That got it high enough to install a set of 33" tires with lots of clearance.
