last time i was at pep boys they had one for about $100 that clamps onto the gutters above your doors.

damn...i really know how to read, i think... /forums/images/graemlins/eek.gif...summitracing big book, also, i thinnk JC whitneys has them for like $60.ish...I got one a couple of years ago from them...
i know in the 80s having some KCs up top looked cool and all... but wouldn't the lights be just as usefull mounted to your front bumper or something? If you ever roll your rig, those poor little lights on top will be either a) rammed through your rigs roof or b) snapped off like a twig. Seems like it'd be cheaper to mount and just as functional to bumper-mount em...

they have a better chance of getting damaged on your bumper as well, and mudded over, i have a set on my bumper grillie gard, and i've cracked one lense, and every time i go mudding they get coverd in mud, and they arent very effective once coverd, i have 2 ontop of my truck on a roll bar-light bar, works wonderful, lights up for a mile or more, i say go roof. /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif
