IN A JUNKYARD, UNDER A TRUCK*N E Rust Belt
In all my years as a mechanic, I NEVER bought new bulbs. I always raided the junkyard accross the street for used bulbs, and usually didn't charge for them.

But those days are gone... so what is the # for the stop/turn? 1154?1157? 2057? And side marker/dash peanut bulbs> 168? 194?

I bought some "clearance" ones at WallyWorld, but they're some weird #, and don't fit, or something...

If you have a lot of new ones, I'm a buyer...

I beleive NAPA's online website lists their numbers.

the stop turn brakes are 1157, the backups are 1156, the sidemarkers are 168 I believe. The dashes are 194's IIRC but alot of guys are running the 168s for extra output, IIRC 1w vs 3w

So these will brighten up you`r dash?I need a touch more light on the top 2 gauges oil an volts,I can see the temp if I stare at it for 1/2 a second.

Yeh but higher wattage = more heat, may run a risk of melting the plastic housings, atleast some guys were running into that problem.

I'm gonna try it,i could always buy a new housing if i melt it.

Now that someone mentioned side markers, I forgot about those. I've seen plenty of those sockets melted, maybe that's why...

Odd, front rear listed as different...168/194. Huh.
