Id like to add more lights to my truck but its basically stock. Are there any mounts out there similar to what wranglers have for our trucks? Looking at light bars and things like that. I have one of those visors over the windshield but that doesnt seem like an ideal mounting source... just curious whats out there or what you guys have done.
Im not a fabricator. (wish I was)

That visor gonna hinder you on mounting anything to the roof, id remove it. Im not a fan, but if you like it, youll have to do a work around.

There are a few options to put a light bar on top.

1) The simplest and Ugliest (IMO) is to do a rain gutter clamp style bar and then mount lights to that.

2) drill directly to roof, I wouldnt recommend that, the roof skin is very thin.

3) do what I did, mount a roof rack and then make mounts that allow the lightbar to mount to the roof rack.

custom mount, you dont need to be a fabricator, just come up with idea, work on the concept and can have anyone weld it up

90s Ford Aerostar OEM Roof rack $5 bux from U-Pull-It.

I like the roof rack idea but I am not sure if I could fit in the garage if I put one on. I thought about some bracketry for the core support area, would kind of make the lights pop out right in front of the hood or something. Wish I could find a nice bumper that wasn't 700$.

You could get creative in the grill area. do a Mustang Rally type design, there is plenty of room just above the turn signals on the core support. I just removed some lights I had in that area, didnt need them.

Yeah I was thinking that would be an option for sure.
this is the style of light I was looking at. (Not these specific ones though)

If that is the style your looking for, just drill a couple holes in your existing bumper and call it a day.

If you are going to cut into existing sheet metal, go LEDs with whatever you do. For that matter, go LEDs period.
