Didnt seem to get any feedback in the other section so I thought I would try here.

Does anyone happen to know any of the tow ratings/truck weights, etc.. for a 95 K1500 Burb with 350? The sticker on my door is too faded to read anymore and I never got a manual when I bought the truck. The truck does have the tow package and 3.42 rear end. Will be putting in 4.56 in the near future. TIA for the help. John
 
4.56's? In a 1/2 ton? what size tire you planning to run.

I think the tow rating is around 7000lbs, but don't quote me on that.
 
Right now I have 33's and the truck is a dog. I have looked at the charts already with what my RPM's will be with both 33's and 35's and it will be completely liveable with me when there are 4.56's put in. I dont see a whole lot of highway driving anyway. After gears go in then I will think about moving to 35's. Yes this is in a 1/2 ton truck. I dont do any offroading with it, it is a street queen.
 
4.56 is a good gear for 35"s around town. If you have overdrive, the highway isn't awful, just don't plan on doing 80.
 
It should be rated at 6300 with 3.42's , but with 3.73's it is 6800. You should be OK within that area with 4.56's.

Are you serious?? When the 4L60 shifts into overdrive that's equivalent to having a 3.20 gear ratio. My current daily driver came stock with 4.10 gears and tiny 245/75 tires with an overdrive trans (probably more "gear" than 35's and 4.56s) and only runs about 2,500 rpm at 70 mph.

Ditto, 4.56's are in the mediumish area with 35's. 4.10's are high, and 5.13's are the cats meow all around.;)
