Lately my welder has been acting up. You know when the thermostatic overload starts kicking in cutting the feed of wire when you've been welding alot? That's what mine is doing all the time. Eventually I can get it to work long enough to run a bead but for the most part it kicks a bit of wire out then cuts out. You pull the trigger, it spits 1/8" of wire then it just stops on you. Pull the trigger again, same thing. I've tried pulling the gun apart and everything looks really clean and I've probably only fed 35 pounds or so through it.
Any ideas?
