Line lock?

Has anyone ever made there own line lock for the front of a blazer? I want a line lock system but I would rather make one.

They are pretty simple really. You'll just need a solenoid block to the front brakes that has an electrical solenoid valve in it to hold pressure on the front brakes.
Set the brakes push an activation button, let off the brake pedal, it releases pressure to the back and the solenoid remains closed holding pressure on the front. Do I smell rubber?

Would a regular auto parts store have any thing like it?

doubt it, maybe a hydraulic supplier, but not sure about matching the brake threads, and flare angle.
I think the line loc kits are about $100?

OK if I have to go with a buying a line lock what do you guys recommend and remember money is short.

Only kit I can think of its Hurst. Look in Jegs or summit.

summit has one that is like $35 and have read good things about. A mico lock is alot more though depending if you want electric or manual
