Line-x over primer

Can they line-x over primer? I want to get my frame done, had it sandblasted, but it got wet on the way home so i had to primer it.

The sandblast finish is by far the best adhesion. The primer needs to be a self etching primer in order to bed line over. We require one or the other before we offer any type of warranty on our Ameraguard sprayed coatings.

as a pro in this field, can you recommend a self-etching primer by brand?

In house we use Du Pont paints, But any decent self etching primer will suffice. If the surface already has good paint on it that it sufficient as well.
