I just finished building mine and it's not bad at all. I bought my adaptor from a guy that built some clones of the ORD setup for 650.00 that included the shortened shaft and all. I really like it because instead of atv and gaskets between the adaptor plate and the 203/205 it has a groove milled in there for a Oring. We will see if it leaks or not thuogh it will be super cool if it dosen't though
The guy has 1 left though so let me or Wayne (4554x4) know if you want it, Wyane is who told me about it and he has been running his for about a year and a half.
What tranny are you using? I have a 31 spline input with bearing and all left over so if you can't find what you need.
I also machined the case for Wayne and blue90 on here for theres but on mine I found a big bearing case
Let me know if you need any help but it's not bad at all, I was really planning on making Wyane do it all but I'm glad I did it myself now beacuse I feel just a little more manly
