linked 4x4 coilover or springs?

Has anyone put a linked front sup on their ride. I'm waffling between this and springs. Is one better than the other? There is a linked sup for sale on this site but it is on a 74 and I have a 69 would it match up frame wise. It sure looks bitchen. I'm also wondering if the windshield frame of the74 would be an acceptable doner for the 69?

Coilovers would be a superior option.....at a superior price!!

It's a lot more work to design a coilover suspension, and the parts gets spendy. I'm not sure that buying someone elses failed project is the right way to proceed though.

The windshield frame definitely won't fit your '69. The donor needs to be from '69 - '72 only.
