Little trauma.....up and running again.

hey guys,

Have a little trauma at the shop. Our cutting table is down for some repairs. Went down late last night. Spent today figuring out the issues and getting the parts ordered and shipped next day air. They will be here tomorrow and shouldn't take me too long to get it going again.

Tracy spent the day calling as many customers as she could to inform of the situation.

Not all orders in house will be affected by this. Some were in stock so those we will go ahead and expedite.

Sorry for the inconvenience, please bear with us for a couple days here and we will be back up and going in no time.

Once again Kert, you the man. I have NEVER seen another vendor who keeps their customers updated like you have. This will go a loooooong ways for your customer service. Why do you have to be so damn far away. I would love to work at a fab shop, more specifically YOUR fab shop. It is a rare thing to find people these days who not only take pride in their craftsmanship but also their customer base.
