well the reason i say they have good customer service is that they never asked me to send the old one(s) back, didnt aske me to pay for shipping, and didnt ask me to pay anything for the new ones, and didnot hassle me for asking for the right one 4 times....the only ****ty part is that their "right" and "left" was different from mine, so it kinda screwed us both up...other than that is was great....no hassle and no extra money..just a lil more time to get the right ****....no big deal to me....if they had asked me to send the old ones back, or pay shipping on the new ones, or give me a bunch of **** for asking for the right ones then that would be ****ty service...other than confused left for right, it was a pretty good experience....
