Lock outs

[TC4x4]

My gmc k10 that i just bought has lockouts and the right one turns but i can't move the left one to lock it in i even tried pliers but did want to break the plastic.

i'd say take the allen head bolts out. try cleaning it when it's off. spray some cleaner and such. never happened to me but i'd imagine it's just dirt or something. i guess you could put some kinda lube back on it before you put it back on if that works
