Does anyone have a link for a lock rite write up or something, My bud is putting one in his front 10 bolt tomorrow and any help would be greatky appreciated /forums/images/graemlins/pimp1.gif

If the gears are thin enough to allow the crosshaft/pinion pin to come out , you won't even need to remove the carrier /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif

I didn't remove the carrier on installing it in my '60. /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif

Doesn't he have the install instructions? They are a pretty straight forward no brainer, with pics and everything.

I left my carrier in, but I have 4.10's in a D60.
You have to pull the driver's side shaft out about 1/2". That is the only "difficult" part.
