I need to get locking front hubs for my stock axle'd '89 K5, which I presume are 30 spline? Looking at Warn or Milemarker. Which are the better ones and where's the best place to buy?

What axle? Iirc, 1/2 and 3/4 ton outward are 19 spline. Stock 60's are 30 but can upgrade to 35.
It's got the stock 10 bolt axle. IIRC the pre '87 (?) had 28 spline and later were 30 ??
28 and 30 spline is the *inner* end of the 10-bolt shafts.
Outers are all the same (that's the 19 spline, IIRC.) IMO, get Warn Premiums and be done with it.

ah ok thanks. I've rebuilt these axles, replaced hubs, re-geared etc etc years ago. It's scary how much you forget over the years. Getting old I guess!
