its just pissing me off becouse it SHOULD be working there isnt enough parts to couse this much irritation. Do you mean the thrust washers? I added more of those. Ill try tomarrow then if it doesnt work then the open is going back in.
I suspect you may not really miss it at Stoddard.

I'm sorry to hear about your headache w/ the LockRite Domonic. That sucks.
Don't have any experience w/ that locker, wish I could help.

I put new springs and pins in last night and they fell out.
they are not supposed to slip under throdle which it does
it is probly worn out another reason for me to not like Pirate4x4 and or texans

If thats your outlook, why dont you stay on pirate with the rest of the californians and if you need another reason to dislike texans make a trip here and I will give you a good one. No offense but if your going to judge me then Im going to get offended.
thank you.

ok you just might want to specify before offending such a large group of gun totin folks lol. thanx for the clarifacation.

didnt mean to imply it to anyone other than the person I had in mind at the time of writing it :burb:

and no BS "Thank You" either. :D

I bought a new Lock-right for my front 60 several years ago and have never had any problems with it.

The springs should fit in the slots really tight and there is no way they could "pop out". Mine were a PITA to get compressed enough and slid into the slot. Also, the springs are used to unlock the diff , not to lock both sides together. Same thing with the small pins, they are simply there to give the two pieces something to slide on.

I'm not sure on your post, but have you actually put everything together and tested the truck with it installed...as in driving around in 4wd. Or are you testing it by spinning the tires by hand with them off the ground?

both..
They are pretty hard to unlock in its current state on jacks but in 4wd in sand it just slips. I think the holes are just worn out, making these my $250 paper weights.

Then something just isn't right. 78Buford on here stripped out a front Lock-right a while back where both tires would not spin in reverse, but instead the diff would click. Of course this was 42" tires, big block, and 7,000 lbs.
