self explanitory need to know where to buy a loc right locker for my 10 bolt without going thru all the crazy hassle of finding websites and looking thru all of them. just wanting a good cheap loc right for the rear. i know this is probably a worn out subject but any help would be great

get an aussie locker. Lockright's suck in 10 bolt's.

I got two years daily driving , two trips to Moab , and more than two dozen weekends that say otherwise , with pictures :wink1:

Yeah , people outside of Arizona break them all the time , ya'll just got to learn to drive with your brains and not your right feet :wink1:

When did they start making Aussie lockers for 10bolts? About 6 months ago I was looking to buy one and they weren't available. Why are they better?

I dunno if they do but the guy who doe's aussie locker's used to work for lockright. I have been waiting for them to come out for a d60 but still nothing.
I know they have the locker for a d44 but never really looked for 10 bolt. bc they are pretty similar. Oh well I dunno...

Well, I have 2 lock-rights I'm looking to get rid of at the moment, both are 28 spline, 1 is new in box and the other was installed then driven around 300 miles. I then scored a deal on some heavier duty axles, so these are just layin' around. I'd take 450 shipped for both (I need school money).... Just an idea though

Lock-rights have a 2 year warrenty... :deal:

I have run a lockright in my DD stepside for 2 years now. The only problem I had is that I didn't get the hardened cross shaft with it so it caused wear in the locker and the cross shaft causing excess play within a few months. I sent it back to them under warrenty and they sent me a brand new one for free!

Since then I haven't had any problems with it other than the occasional pop and bang but that normal. And since then I have broken an axel shaft because of driver stupidity... :surepal:
You just need to adjust your driving style.

now does the loc right locker come with a new pin or does it do away with it all together? and what is better a front or rear locker, and also where do you look for front lockers at?

It doesn't come with the crossshaft in the 10bolt application. Summit sells them. And yes you have to have a croos shaft with a lock right.

I just locked my front 10 bolt with a Lockright I got on Ebay. Cheapest I could find, and I searched around for a couple months before I bought. So far so good, I've got a couple wheeling trips under my belt with 36s and haven't had any problems. Can't beat the price, not overly difficult to install, and seems to work great.
