FYI - Just installed the whole Lokar cable set-up on my '73 K5 (bracket, throttle cable and kickdown). Everything went very smoothly and the setup looks great. Spent over $100 on all three items 
but everything is stainless, compact and easily adjustable. Prior to this I was dealing with the hassles of a non-adjustable, factory throttle cable matched to an aftermarket carb (edelbrock performer). What a nightmare!
If you want to save a few $$$ the stock kickdown works fine in conjunction with the lokar throttle cable and bracket. That set-up will run you about $60 from Summit or Jegs.
