Which truck has longer brake hoses than stock K-series hose? I've been told that Vans have longer ones, but how much?

I'm going to rebuild the whole brake plumming to Suburban, and instead of normal hose on the center of the rear axle, hard lines and Chevette hoses to calibers, I mount T-fitting to frame crossmember above the rear axle, hard lines from T to frame rails and from there hose to caliber. 2nd gen Dodge 4x4 has long front hoses, but is bolt-on to Chevy caliber?

Extended brake hoses that are 25 7/8" long will fit 10bolt from 89-2000 2wd chevy/gmc from right front but will work for both sides and can be modified to fit a D44.
Part #'s:
Napa - 38872
Raybestos - 38872
Auto Specialty - HB-86045
Coni-Seal - BH-177767
Carquest - SP8820

Rear extended brake hose Napa part #4138068

Sounds good. And the lenght seems to be fine. I have check from our local dealer availability for them. I'd rather use ones that I can buy from there.

That's even better if one works on both sides, and when I have same hose on rear calibers, I have to carry only one spare :wink1: Front has stock D60 calibers, and rear G20 Van calibers.

Braided stainless hoses would be nice, but unfortunately they are illegal on road use, IIRC.
