new tbi 454, cross over steering, 52" swap up front, 63" rear, rear disc, '83 cab and "shortened" short box and a few other odds and ends
any other suggestions?

update #1

63" springs are in the rear! I could not believe how easy the old ones came out, I figured I would have to cut it all apart with the torch! But 32 years of Minnesota road grime, salt, mud and rust had no effect on them. Every bolts spun right out as if it were put together yesterday. The way it looks it gives me 7" of lift in the rear. was planning on less but I can live with it!

didnt think to clean everything off b4 did ya? haha me either. looks good man. so are you gona run a fuel cell since uve got 63's?

couple questions though, will my shackle angle be ok once the body cage an gas tank are back on?
And for the 52" front springs wich set would be better stock rears(top) or the other set, they look like they could be 2" lift rears but I'm not sure.

I'll just knock the mud off as I go lol
planning on reusing the stock tank

yeah I just thought of that after I posted it.
My wife is right......I am a moron!:doah:

get rid of that cut up rear shackle mount asap. it will greatly limit flex. theres no way you can get the proper amount of shackle angle with it. either buy a flip or use the rear spring, front eye buckets. that mounts doesnt allow the same amount of sw3ing as a flip does. look in my sig or my gallery. i have pics in there of my old setup. i had an extremly steep angle. allowed for tons of drrop but the spring still flatened out. and for 63's i would run a long shackle and tons of angle. if you look at the other link in my sig is my new project. im gonna be running 63's out back. im mounting the flip rear spring, front eye hole 57.5" and am going to run a 7.25" shackle. should be a perfect combo:D

also you NEED traction bars with 63's cause of how bad the axle wrap will be

fixed my hangers today and mounted the shocks still need longer shackles

update time

well I got to take it out this weekend.........I love it!!!!
a few things I need to change though, longer shocks in the front, longer shock an shackles in the rear, and hydro assist.
otherwise the 52", 63" swap works perfectly!
