**** Long overdue thanks!!!!!! *****

Taking em out tonight , got worse. Now speeds over 20 mph vibrate. I got good angle at axle either way, I think its at t-case. It did get better last couple of days without em' as things settle. Gonna live with it as it aint that bad , just a little noise when I take off, or hit it for passing gear. I know transfercase could drop to fix it but I want no motor mount issues. I thought a cv shaft was a cure all /forums/images/graemlins/rotfl.gif

Are you using the same U-joints that were in before you did the Shackle flip? They would be running in a different track. Keep an eye on them, if the vibration get worse, I'ld change them. May want to buy a set and save the old ones for a trail spare. How old are the ones your running now?

Bought a CV shaft, new u joints. I have spare front shaft u-joints and original rear shaft and conversion joint spares. My new shaft doesnt take a conversion joint so now I need a spare 12 bolt joint. /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif

Isn't ,there a u-joint that ataches the drivehasft to the rear end?

There is and my shaft was made for a 12 bolt u-joint to match my rear so I do not need the conversion joint , which is what I had to do for my original shaft(1310 to s44, or 10b to 12b) /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif
