I'm putting on a 4" lift up front and ford shock towers and would like to run 89-2000 C1500 right front brake lines. Does anybody here run this combo and are they not long enough?

Do a search on Napa brake lines or look in the part numbers post in the tech articles. They are a few bucks cheaper and they are also a couple inches longer I believe.
