I currently have 4" TC ez-rides with ORD 4.5" shackles up front. I'm wanting a little more height up front (rear sits higher). What would be the best way to get about an inch. Both are cheap in price (about $30). Just wanted some input from you guys. Thanks

id say zero rates. its very simple and you dont have to worry about your pinion angle and caster angle.

On the same note, I am in the same boat (haha). I want about 2'' in front, going to go 1'' Z. rate and longer shackle and was thinking of dropping the front spring eye mount to prevent change of pinion angle, anybody done this?

x2. pinion angle is my main reason. however, replacing the factory shackles with stock length ones wouldn't be a bad idea. the stockers are pretty puny for such large trucks.

any chance they'd fit on the rear for use with a shackle flip?

it looks like removing the front spring hanger and adding a block or something would be sort of a PITA. some of those rivets look hard to reach.

Just ordered the EZ inch from DIY4X. This way I can move the axle forward if I decide to in the future.
