Im install my 14bff with disc brakes VERY soon. I will be running 16.5x10 steel wheels. Do I need longer studs? If so how much longer? Will I need longer studs for the front also after I do a 8 lug conversionon my 6 lug 10b? Thank you.

I think it is personal preference the studs are just long enough but if you want longer just replace them with DRW 14FF studs and they will be fine.

Studs

I have done two SRW 14FF disc brake converisions one with H1 wheels and one with Ultra 589 style cast wheels. The steel wheel had mucho stud left and would not scare me to wheel hard . On the other hand the Alu wheels had the stud not quite sticking out of the lug nut at spec. torque. It will cost 60$ to go to DRW studs and will add a ton of confidence on the retention of your back wheels! IMO
Thanks Jeff
