I wanted to show you guys what your trucks looked like pre-sawzall! :D

I haven't posted in a while so here is an update on my V10 88 Sub. I brought the truck down a bit to fit in the new garage by going down to 35's from 37's. I installed a set of Bushwhacker flares and had them painted to match the truck. Complete MSD ignition, Thorley headers, tach and a few more goodies are there now. I still have a high flow bored and polished throttle body to install with an AFPR, and an edelbrock intake for another day. I am about to take this girl 1,800 miles across country and even though she runs great, I am still a little nervous.

Looks great. I have made longer trips in mine, nothing to worry about. and if it breaks down, the great thing is that you can practically rebuild it from any auto parts store.

my eyes............ where's my shades lol... just playin.. sweet burb... sometimes I wish I never destroyed my burb lol...

Nice lookin ride. I would not worry about the drive to much, if you take half as good mechanical care as you do exterior. I drove my beat up old '85 K5 1,000 miles in two days. Drove about 12 hours a day with very few stops and she did just fine. I changed all my fluids, oil filter and some questionable belts before I left, so I did not have to do it mid trip. Belts are a good one to check, as they get a lot more punishment on a long drive like that, than they do on your short around town trips.

That "junker" is pimp!

While we're pic whorin' around... here's my piece o' junk. The trim just came off around the fenders, cause I'm thinkin' 37" and trimmin'. Just thinkin...
