I ask because I thought with a slip yoke you have to point the diff at the same angle as the tcase instead of right at it? I have a 208 with a slip yoke and am facing the same thing.
I had some vibes when i did my 1 tons, and the lift, got the same driveshaft and the vibes all went away..mollyman said:looks nice where did you have it done at? did you have them do it from scratch or mod. your existing shaft? plus I noticed you have your diff pointed straight at the tcase, did you do this after your new shaft? obijuan said:thats with a standard two ujoint shaft, but with this CV style the two top joints have equal angles all the time and the pinion ujoint is not countering anything so thats why you have it perfectly parallel. if you dont mind me asking, how much did you pay for that one? diveshafts unlimited quoted 500 for a new one. i got one used from a local and put about 280 in it.
