Trying to replace all of my TRE's on my draglink and tie-rod from Sky.

Mt Tie rod takes 1" TRE's. I found ES2011R, but I need the opposite thread for the other side and can't seem to find it.

My Draglink takes 7/8" TRE's

I am using Sky's Dana 60 arm and Superlift 1104 Pitman arm. Not sure exactly what the tapers are for these. No part #'s to be found on the old parts.

I found Es2010L and R just not sure if the taper is right for my arms?

Been using this list, but I don't have a micrometer and don't know the tapers.

Do you know if the Sky arms will use the same ends as the ORD arms? I'm running the ES2010L/R ends on my ORD arm and also on my stock knuckles for the tie rod with a WFO tie rod.

I believe they are, but the problem is my Tie-rod needs TRE's with a 1" shank and those are 7/8".

I'll probably run those on both ends of my draglink if they fit into the 1104 pitman arm ok.

I have ES 2011L and ES 2064R written down in one of my notebooks I don't know if they are the right ones or not I never used them just found the part numbers and wrote them down

I have a Moog chassis catalog i can give you specs for a particular part number but you'll need to have a way of measuring yours to compare the taper portion of it. The specs give shank diameter and thread pitch, overall length, thread and pitch on the stud, and also the diameter of the taper at the top and bottom along with the distance between IIRC.

I'm gonna go to the part store tomorrow and browse the catalog. Was just hoping to find the opposite side for ES2011R 1" TRE.

7/8" shank TREs are stock 1/2-3/4 ton TREs. GM Dana 60s used TREs with a 1" shank, but the drivers side end is some 50"+ long and about $60. The passenger side end is somewhere around 5"(?) long with 1"-18 RH threads. All GM Drag Link Ends are the same. They are all 7/8"-18 threads (ES2026R and ES2027L). DLEs have a lot more angle capability but are a lot longer than TREs.

I don't remember part numbers for 1" shanks, as I chose not to use them due to being hard to obtain and expensive. Everyone is calling the 7/8" ends "1-ton" ends, which can add a lot of frustrating confusion.

I'm pretty sure 2010s are dodge TREs. They have the same taper dimensions as ES2234R and The corresponding left-hand blazer TRE (not popular because it's long and has the stabilizer hole in it). The dodge shanks are a bit shorter, so keep that in mind.

All GM TREs have the same taper dimensions. The major/minor diameters are smaller than GM DLEs however, but have the same taper.

Good luck!

Here is what I ended up going with.

Tie Rod ES2011R and ES2064L for 1" TRE's

Drag Link ES2234R and ES2010L 7/8" TRE's

I went with the 2234 over the 2010R because I ended up cutting an inch off my draglink to get the old TRE out because it was rusted in bad! Still have about 1.5" of thread left inside, but I was worried the 2010R might come up short. I can always chop a little off if needed. The 2234 is $20 instead of $27 2010 too :D
