I have a corp 10 bolt front and a 14 bolt (non full float) rear, i think thats a 9.5 ring gear? Anyway they have 3.42 gears now and I would really like 3.73. I think most guys change up to gear way better for offroad and there might be some laying around?

I don't have the gears, but I have complete axles 10 bolt front and 14bsf rear in 3.73 gears, too bad you are so far away.
Yep cause it you were close we'd make a deal cause it would be simpler to just swap complete axles. Dang it.....
