Looking for a fix for door jam rust below drip rails

I brought up my 91 Suburban tonight, it’s in great shape aside from some surface rust on the roof and a little rocker rust, but under the door seals, there’s some cancer spots in the rear of the top of door jams under the drip rails, it’s in the rear corner in both rear door jams, hasn’t gotten to the fronts yet. I’m wondering if there’s any patch panels available yet for this area, or if someone can link me to some DIY info on this. I have a few fab guys and my room mate does body work, just wondering what’s involved. I don’t wish to swap cabs or cut the whole roof off, it’s in great shape otherwise, completely unmolested truck.

Getting metal from a donor truck might work. There are guys cutting off K-5 B pillars for full topper conversions - is that section similar enough?

I have the exact same rust on my 1991 Suburban - on all 4 doors. I was thinking about cutting it out and just welding patch pieces in.
