465 is shorter than a 350 ect.

pretty sure its a 700 . thats what i got off of the specs sheet on ck5 for a 91 k5 blazer. i just measured it and its 31inches when its fully compressed (none of the yoke exposed) and i measured from the fork at the end to the plate where it mounts to the tase.

ok the transmission is a 700, transfercase is a np421

Where in TX are you? I will be parting out my '85 and swapping some stuff over into my '91. I'm keeping the '91 fr shaft for now, but if the stock shaft from the '85 will fit your application you can have it. It's hooked to a 208 and stock 10-bolt front, but I can measure it if you like.

I have one from a 350/400/208 combo with 4-bolt flange and good u-joint. It measures 31" compressed. make offer.
