Looking for an '84 grille

A friend of mine is looking to replace the grille on his '84 GMC Sierra Classic K1500 truck with dual headlights but we can't seem to find anything prior to '85. Anyone know where to find one or will a different year fit (need to retain the same grille style).

Please post the page and part number. All I see are grille components for the 84 with dual headlights. Want the grille that fits what I described.
