Will be finished with mine and then will put it up for sale.
Then will want to do another. So if anyone wants to get rid of a 73/74 model please let me know. Not particular about the engine as will probably replace it anyway. Sure will be alot more selective about how much rust is acceptable this time around though.

I have a 74 i picked up from a bud in phx who didn't have the time to work on her anymore.
He was a member here but he is the bodyshop manager for frieghtliner down there and has no time.

He did do a lot of work to the frame.....then bead blasted it...primed it...and painted it with end rust forever. The tub is spotless but the left side quarter has a few poped spot welds in the door jam that i haven't had the time to look at. The plan was to install the harness and drivetrain from a 89 jimmy i bought cheap....but i am not sure what i'll do with it as i have a time issue as well working in the oilfield.

Can email pics and let you and myself mull it over.

have you seen my 73? Originally an AZ truck, but has a little rocker rust, small hole in the tailgate, and partially repaired passenger floor... but the fender wells and frame are rust free. I have a post in the general classifieds. let me know if you're interested.

Drop me a line at [email protected]. Headin home for my 36 hrs away from the drill rig until next well. I also have a brand new in the box never opened Kayline softop for her and a running 89 Jimmy i bought to swap the drivetrain into the 74.....

What kind of condition are you looking for? Or, rather, how much work is too much work for you?:D
