Full size (8ft) bed with tool box across the front and full size spare. Looking for ideas on how to mount this in the bed. I kinda like the desert runner mount idea but it takes alot of bed space. Pictures would be nice.

Its a 265/75/16 mounter on a stock steel wheel. I like the idea of the bedside standup mount but now the front toolbox is in that space. It would just look stupid in the rear standing up. I guess I could just throw it under the toolbox? The trailer hitch took out the underframe mount. Dang-it!

Is the toolbox shallow enough to slide it underneath? I know people that do that.

minesa 38" hawg i just let sit, heavy enough not to move, just kinda staysput on the herc'd bed, was gunna anchor it down by 5/8's threaded rod using washers and locknuts on each side of the bedboard, cheap/easy way ta keep it put since it would be more prone ta boucin around than mine, and you wouldnt see it with tgate closed
