Ok here goes guy's my 87 K5 runs pretty decent has GM crate motor and fully rebuilt 700r4 transmission. Right now no interior in truck at all but drivers seat and console for drinks. Trying to get a grip on what I should do first to make decent and wife happy to ride in it with kids.
I have a 14 bolt full float axle to put under with matching H2 wheels but need couple parts (internal brake parts) and want new leaf spring bushings before putting it under truck.
So should I spray heat/sound deader and raptor liner before doing anything else to inside? Totally stripped right now and needs prep work.
Have new dash pad but need all new vent outlets.
Install headliner and all trim back for front cab.
All new weather seals for truck.
I would like to make a rear swing out tire carrier to have space from tire sitting inside truck.
4 inch lift TC front springs,Ford shock towers,Bilstein 5100 or ORD version shocks,DIY4X shackle flip with 315/70/17 in the end.

So in which order do I go to get this thing back on track?

yes the K5 is very drivable right now. I agree with interior first then which order would you lean to?
