I am looking for a front dana 60, the thing is it kind of needs to be cheap, i know thats kind of an oxy-moron i guess, but i am trying to save for college, but also need to get the front axle, so if any body has one they wanna get rid of for cheap, or knows of were one is for cheap, or knows where to get one on line for cheap, please, please let me know, i would greatly appreciate it. Thanks.

does any body know how much a dana 60 roughly runs at a pick in pull or salvage yard? Thanks.

Im USED to seein front/rear axles go for a straight fee 100$ to 250$. I'm not sayinit won't/can't happen but if you find a d60 in the yard, go ahead and pat yerself on the back and do a back flip, ****, take the day off..yer a lucky guy!

cool, i have never been to one of the yards, but have driven by them and they have a lot of cars and what not on the lots, so maybe i will get luckey and find one maybe not.. hopefully i will get one though before college. Thanks for the help man.. really appreciate it.

You can find them under 1ton chevy AND dodge trucks, maybe more but hey..I dont know everything.

Make sure it has king pins, not ball joints.
