It's time once again for CK5's yearly gathering in Moab, UT. This year the event will be held September 11th-13th. The first night of the event a BBQ is held and at the end of the night we hold a raffle for door prizes. The tickets are given to the participants with their registration packets so all participants have an equal chance to win. We are seeking donations for door prizes.
This is a great opportunity to get your products out there for the members of the CK5 community to see and use. Obviously the attendees of the event use their trucks on the trail and will appreciate the opportunity to further upgrade their rigs.
As a donor, you will receive exposure on the Blazer Bash website. In addition we hand out registration packets to all registered participants and we can include any marketing information you would like to provide, this includes stickers, brochures, and the like. We will also have a board at the BBQ listing all of the sponsors and donors posted for everyone to see.
The past 3 years have consistently seen attendance numbers of 60+ vehicles and over 100 drivers and passengers. So far this year registration is on par to meet those same attendance numbers. Not to mention the exposure gained through the host site here, ColoradoK5.com, with over 50,000 registered users.
We also have opportunities to sponsor trail runs and other aspects of the event, let me know if you'd be interested in that also.
