Looking to purchase a used Warn M12000 winch

I know that new winches and bumpers are spendy, but what's the average for a used Warn M12000 and also a chrome winch bumper? A guy I do alot of parts dealing with has an M12000 on a chrome diamondplate bumper. It looks barely used and all complete. I keep bugging him, wanting to buy it. Whats the most I should give?

$1200? Just a guess... if its barely used, I would say pay him no more than the full price of the winch, and get the bumper for free!

Looks like I better jump on this deal. He said that if I take it off the truck, I can buy both winch and bumper for $500.
