I'm in Myrtle Beach, SC and I'm trying to start a club (hopefully a free one!) for owners of K Blazers, and possibly similar GM trucks. I myself have an '85 K5 with a 6.2 diesel, black/silver with a 52" red lightbar on top (Fire Dept.). The plan is to have a local group for selling/buying/trading parts, mechanical issues, off roading, and general K5 involvement. If anyone out there is interested, give me a yell.

I'm in st. stephen which is north of charleston. There are a few of us around the area we need to get together and have a BS session or something. My brother in law has a K5 also but he doesnt get on the board here.I think there are a couple of more K5 people between charleston and beaufort. Some around the Columbia area and on up state around spartanburg and the like which is a large area to cover.

Spartanburg chiming in here. Once you get your membership here, there is a southeast region section. You can list things not worthy of shipping there and talk to "locals" there about wheeling and all kinds of junk. The $25 is way worth it.

Welcome to ck5 though. I'm sure others will post up aswell.

:haha:

We were just talking about this again this weekend ( MArv to JMS ) . In AZ we passed on a traditional club . We don't have dues , we don't have a clubhouse , we don't need insurance or anything .

We meet online at CK5 . And we show up to wheel :thumb:

Someone started a carolinak5.com web site a few years ago but it didn't take off and now I can't find it on the web.
