I started building my rear bumper and got one of my bends off a lil wouldn't be so bad if I wasn't dangerously low on tube....should I run it or throw it in the scrap pile?
I'm not sure whats going on with the forward upturned part, but, it could be salvaged if you can reload that back corner bend for a little more bend... you could cut the tube before that upturned part, and once the back corner is right, put a slug in it with roset welds and rotate that upward bend so it was straight up...

i am not sure what happened here? it looks like the tube goes around the body then up at a 45degree??? try just cutting the tube and rotating and rewelding i did that to my bumper, no issue cuz its just a bumper... not good for cage.
I'm trying to copy the rear bumper that blazen offroad was building there will be another 90 on top then it will drop back down tothe main bar. I guess I'll run it as is and hope it looks alright when I'm done. But it's snowing again so it will have to wait
