Lost elec power

What would cause me to lose electrical power? Once the truck is started it will run for about 30 seconds then die and nothing when I try and start again. The battery cables are new but even when starting I get clicking along with the starter cranking. I had the starter checked and it was fine, the battery is charged and the alternator checked out fine as well.
Where is the best place to start?

check your bat conections and grounds.
i just had a simaler prob when i when up north, new starter got bat, but just clicking when starting, i jumped it from my remote selenode and saw the termanal go dry (was wet) figgered it was heating up due to a crappy mabey croded conection, i had another termanal with me, so as soon as i did that it fired right up.
