Low and Reverse clutch retainer spring 350 turbo

I have been rebuilding my 350 turbo transmission for about a week an now i am stuck! I have tore everything out and had no problem until i got to the low and reverse clutch retainer spring (the little black spring that fits between the case and the metal ring. so if anyone knows how to remove this please please tell me because i want my truck running.

cant tell ya. but i know it and have seen it.

if you want a little heaver duty on the rebuild get this item to replace it.
