Replace your low beam bulbs. They're burned out. 
The low beams have dual filaments. One for low beam and one for high beam. The low beam filaments are wasted...

Only 3 things it could be. Low beam headlights shot, or no power to low beams, which could be either a wiring issue or your dimmer switch is shot.
