Lower area of Cab where door opening

Need help repairing the area of the door seal. This is the area at the bottom of the cab with the door open. I bought three piece from LMC but can't piece them toghter. Anyone have any ideas?

This should really be in the body shop, but what exactly is happening when you try to fit them together? Some pics of what you are doing would be very helpful.
