I noticed that my frame is cracking where the transfer case cross member connects to he frame. Any ideas for lowering the transfer case with out this stress?

I'm going to guess you used the factory spacers. I was told not to do that because it puts undo stress on the frame. I was also told if I was going to lower the case to use a full block. 1" square tube or somethig to that affect.
