Lowest lift and crossover steering?

So what is the lowest lift on can run and still be able to squeeze in cross-over steering? Vehicle regs here make having a 'low' lift desireable.
 
I've personally had crossover with 2" of lift, so it's definitely possible. It *might* be possible at stock height but I don't really see the point of crossover on a stock height suspension.
 
I'm thinking with 2-3" lift also. My suspension needs an update from the 20yr old 4" springs. The old springs sit totally level now - so maybe it's actually 2" lift. It still has push pull steering but that is to be replaced. I purchased x-over kit from ORD and I also have hydro assist waiting to go on.

The push/pull steering on that truck on the street isnt bad at all. At speed off road aint all that great though :D

The problem you could have going low or no lift is possible spring to drag link interference issues if your spring over.The other problem you will have is drag link to engine crossmember interference. But ORD makes a nice high clearance crossmember to take care of that :pimp:
