Yeah I've found some online but wasn't sure if any were preferred over others. Some manuals can be pretty vague and not very useful. Diagrams are pretty helpful for me.
You may want to consider purchasing an alldatadiy.com account for the year / make / model of the truck your 6.0L came from. They have OEM wiring diagrams etc for you to look at as well as system diagrams, troubleshooting / replacement procedures etc. I have spent hundreds of dollars with them over the years and have always found their info invaluable.
I've never heard of that before, but I'll definitely check it out. Thanks!
