LS Gurus I looked all over the internet and forums so here I am ..I have an 76 K10 4x4 with 5.3 , 4l60e and NP241C ..My driver side stock manifold fits perfectly ..But Passenger side Manifold ear tab hits the frame and the EGR hits the frame below the motor mount ..What can I do to make this work ? Any ideas Thanks in advance

EGR? You mean the heat riser or butterfly dodad? Not sure I understand. Normally LS swaps don’t have any of that nonsense. Hooker log manifolds work great for tight spaces.

Ditch the riser, not needed.
Hooker
SS Trailblazer manifolds
Camaro manifolds
Those help with tight spaces

I used stock ls truck manifolds on mine. Zero issues. However my engine was put in the stock small block location, as in the trans position didn’t move forward or back.

I could see possible interference if the engine went back even slightly. Most don’t go that way because the drivers side head is already really close the the pinch weld in the stock position. Mine actually was rubbing the pinch weld right there.

I have stock van manifolds with no clearance issues, also with a TH400.

Finding the flanges turned out to be way harder than I expected though.
