LS wiring question, not as easy this time, update

Ok, so I got carried away with pulling wires. Just need someone to eye where they go. (Stay with me here)


On my throttle pedal there are 6 wires in the connector. There are blue and white wires next to each other in the connector. Which one is on the outside, blue or white?

Second, the main ground from the battery runs under the motor somewhere. Where does the factory ground it to the engine?

Just to help you out in the future, unless GM/Delphi stopped, look closely at the connector body. There SHOULD be letters or numbers that identify each cavity (normally where the wire is inserted in, don't see anything on that pic) A bit easier to describe/look at wiring diagrams if you use those. Obviously in your case it's pretty simple anyway.

btw, yes there are letters on the plug. Can't even see them in the above pic but they are there.

Hey @Team208Motorsports , is that diagram for all throttle pedals? Like my 2005.

I'm pretty good with colors and it seems my brown is in place of my black. But those pins were in the connector when I bought the engine. I can't see the seller taking those out or even the little plugs for the missing slots. So right now, I've got what looks like a dark brown in the "E" spot and nothing in the "J" spot.

I bump this thread because I'm having throttle issues. It will idle nicely, but if I roll on the throttle slowly it will stumble and return to idle. Roll farther and the rpm goes up for a second, stumbles, and returns to idle. Roll a little further (now maybe 1/4 throttle) and it jumps to 1200ish rpm and seems to run fine there. The person that did the computer welded in a throttle stop (to shorten the throw) and reprogrammed the pedal/ computer/ and TB as one.
