Lube Locker Gasket?

Anyone heard of these? I need to replace the front diff gasket and wonder if this is worth the extra dough, or should i just go with a cork one and some rtv?

Heard they work great. Can be reused, just not sure how many times though. But i am cheap an will just stick with rtv.
