a guy i know it looking at a M1008 with the 400/208 pulled and thats about it. has a rebuilt nv4500 and 205 in the bed with bunch of other stuff. all form a place called geartech, i think its was. he said he got the idea from one of the offroad mags. i dosent want to finish it anymore so its for sale. trucks really clean 26k on it. no rust. all stock. the only thing it needs from what he said is driveshafts. wants 3200 for al of it the way it sits. So if he goes for it. what are we in for? he does not have all that much wrenching time, kinda likr me. as always thanks for the help.

Bellhousing, clutch, PP and flywheel.
Pedal assembly
Hydro clutch stuff...clutch master and resevoir, line, clutch slave, adaptor bracket for mounting slave (assuming AA bellhousing)

Price seems decent, as the NV4500 with a 205 mounted to it already is easily worth $1500-$2000 by itself.

ok thanks rena, by soem chance would you know if this all just bolts right up??

Yup, pretty much plug and play except for the usual stuff that comes up. The Advance adaptors bellhousing may or may not need grinding/clearancing for the starter nose (mine required a few hours of massaging a little at a time)

Hydro clutch should be easy if the the truck is '85 or newer because the floor is already dimpled for the clutch master. Shifter hole will need to be moved. Depending on T-case some sort of shifter bracket may need to be fabbed. 208 and 241's bolt right up though. 205 would need some sort of shifter fab...

Crossmember for under the NV4500 might need some fab, or you might find a stock application X-member that works. I went doubler and fabbed my own from scratch.

6.2 flywheel bolts up, clutch bolts up...there is a ton that is no big deal. The rest isn't hard to work around or figure out.
